Being rather new to Connecticut, I wanted to find a reliable guitar technician for my acoustic and electric guitars. I have been to many technicians that have talked about their rich experience, but they would not be able to deliver with quality at all.
I like everything about Crescendo! Chris is great with the scheduling and very accommodating. He also did a great job finding a good fit for my children. Dale and Irene are both wonderful teachers. Irene is patient and kind, she is great with my 7 year old son. The only thing I would change/add... Is a waiting area.
Our son has played guitar for several years but was wanting to quit - arguing any time we asked him to practice. Someone suggested Crescendo as they have a daughter who loves going there. We went and from the first lesson with Dale, our son was back in love with the guitar.
As a vocal and guitar instructor for several years at Cresendo Music I can say that Cresendo is truly amazing and inspiring to young and old alike wanting to learn how to play an instrument, or sing. All the instructors are high-level professionals who love to share their skills!
