The staff is really patient and helpful. My 9 year old son is taking drumming lessons and his teacher Jerry is really enthusiastic and patient with him. My son's a handful, so I love that he's engaged and learning something new.
Little sister damaged one of her strings and we went here to see how much it be to replace it. The guy could tell we were new to guitars so he was kind enough to replace it and tune it at no cost.
Really good place if you need a repair! Dropped off my Squier Jazzmaster here for an output jack fix and they did it really quickly and very well. Took less than 24 hours, and the price wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend over guitar center!
