Saddle broke on my guitar — easy fix but I had no idea how to make sure I ordered the right part, and I didn't want to spend money replacing the whole bridge. Found this place on Google and reached out to Steven honestly feeling a little awkward because it's such a small issue and I wasn't trying to spend money.
Steven is very nice and professional. He installed a new Dimarzio super distortion bridge pick up in my Les Paul in a timely manner. My guitar sounds amazing now and I am very happy with his work. He was very easy going and I enjoyed chatting with him through out the process.
