Have used DFD for years and being a Pittsburgh native I always pickup my orders at warehouse. Had an issue with their google listing being wrong for hours and when I went to get an order I needed before I left that night for a tour nobody was there. Was not happy.
These folks are awesome! I have ordered twice from them now for parts I could not find anywhere else in stock (like gold plated DW hardware). Their prices are very competitive and I get a hand written note on my invoice thanking me for my purchase. Nice personal touch you rarely see anymore.
