From the reviews
Honestly, the best pawnshop I have ever used. Will never go to anyone else! The staff our very down to earth and truly make you leave with your head held high. They have by far the best inventory in guns and are willing to work with you on the price as well. Thank you East Street Pawn!!
Mr. Tony Miller, the owner, helped me secure an A/C for a local veteran. He jumped right in without hesitation. Didn’t want any recognition, just willing to help out a fellow veteran! Their store is very organized/clean and from what he tells me he has the best prices on jewelry.
I’m not one to promote a business but this one here just might restore your faith in humanity if you’re in need. My dad hurt his knee which rendered walking impossible for him. Emma Crabtree’s wedding is tomorrow. My mom was at a total loss as to how and if dad would make the wedding.
🎉🎉CHEERS!!! CHEERS!!! CHEERS!!!🎉🎉 East Street Pawn & Jewelry Texarkana has been a Godsend! My husband and I will forever be grateful for their generosity and kindness. From the materials being donated and the Carpenter who built a wheelchair ramp for me.
Selling or trading gear at East Street Pawn & Jewelry
East Street Pawn & Jewelry comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
