My daughter traded in her saxophone for a clarinet. Staff was great and very polite. Transaction went smooth and quick.
My Granddaughter and I visited Eckroth for a Flute upgrade on 10/21/17. We were met by a personable, knowledgable staff woman who described the differences in four flutes. My Granddaughter was then provided time to try out and make an Informed decision.
Very helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is their selection of musical equipment is relatively small and their prices seem to be a bit on the high side.
Great experience! Very knowledgeable staff helped educate me on my wife's French horn. They have reasonably priced services as well. We had it Chemically cleaned, and adjusted, great service!
