I checked the internet for store hours, as I am headed there this morning. I was surprised to see such poor reviews from some! Granted, they are pretty old ones. I have had many years of experience with Ellis County Music and have never had a bad one to date.
The staff is so lovely, Paul is one staff member that has been super helpful to me. I had to put my flute on lay away for a longer time than I expected, but the staff here do what they can to help. Charles does a nice job fixing instruments and does quality work.
While visiting friends in Waxahachie I noticed a sign that read Ellis County Music Center nap I decided to take a look around. Long story-short; I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the store was clean and well-organized.
Fantastic music store. One of the best I've ever been too. Was able to get my daughter's ukulele repaired and guidance on my next instrument. Staff was very knowledgeable as well. Very happy with my service. Was treated like a friend here, not just a customer.
