There aren’t words to express how much I appreciate what Ellman’s Music Center staff did to overhaul my 55-year old clarinet that was way overdue for some TLC. A picture is worth 1,000 words - doesn’t my baby look brand new? They even got the embossed brand gussied up!

I walked into Ellman’s Music yesterday with a buzzing E string on my guitar. The guy at the front desk calls down into the basement to a co-worker. Who walks out onto the sales floor minutes later? Carlos Santana (or at least someone who looks like him).
The staff is super nice and always helpful. Someone helped my daughter with choosing her next level clarinet and made suggestions so she chose the one she felt most comfortable with. That was an amazing help, as I am not musical at all and couldn't tell the difference between them.
