Arnold at Embers breathed new life into my late grandfathers 1971 Gibson 12 string. After a botched neck reset decades ago, it sat unplayed in storage for over 20 years. The neck was hanging off the body, bridge was super low… I honestly wasn’t sure if it could ever be made playable again.
Arnold at Embers is such a great guy to deal with. A true class act! Took two guitars in for my kids to go over and set up and he couldn't have been better or more fair to work with.. Super personable and definitely knows his stuff. Couldn't recommend him and his business enough.
Arnold is an amazing guy. Brought my cheap strat in for sharp frets, and electrical issues, and he made it truly sound incredible and so playable for my old hands. He’s very knowledgeable and honest and he is not going to rip you off. He is now my go to guy for all my guitar/ bass work.
My acoustic bass never sounded better! I just love the strings Arnold chose for my bass. The tune-up took away the fret buzz too! Also, don't hesitate to call if his isn't in the shop. Thanks Arnold, See ya for the next tune-up
