2025-04-13 -- I've updated my review. The folks working there are nice and helpful. The store has a terrific selection of guitars. I had a significant issue in the past and to my great surprise, the owner reached out to me, eager to find a solid resolution. I'm most impressed.
Empire Guitars is simply the best! If you’re looking for an over the top A+ experience, then look no further. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided, especially to an out of state online guy they’ve never met. All I can say is wow! 11/10 experience from start to finish.
Great spot. I am totally spoiled by living around the corner from the shop so it is my daily driver for strings, cables, etc. The staff is always super patient with my questions and has been incredibly helpful in my quest to find the right tools for the sounds I am trying make in the studio and live. Love this place.
It's every guitar player's dream come true, both beginner and pro. The selection is astounding, the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful and patient, the layout is easy to navigate and not cluttered, and the prices are very reasonable. Don't miss the B.B. King guitar.
