My experience at Encore Orchestral Strings was perfect. I explained to John and Regina what type of cello and bow I was looking for and my maximum budget. When I arrived for my appointment, John had 8 cellos at various price points ready for me to audition in a separate music room.
I had an amazing time at Encore picking out my violin upgrade! With the information that I gave them on what I needed the instrument to do, they were able to help me find exactly what I needed.
Encore Orchestral Strings and the manager, John Rihani, helped my daughter move from a student-quality instrument into a more professional cello (which was several "steps up" from the introductory one). He was very patient with her as she tried different instruments and bows at home.
