The Indy Flute Shop is part of the larger Paige’s Music group. They do have a long story of experience with different manufacturers in both sales and service. That’s important.
Erin Barnett Nichols shared her expertise to help my granddaughter to select a new flute. Erin took the time to listen to our questions and allow my granddaughter to try out different flutes until she found one she liked. Erin is familiar with the different band directors and private tutors making us feel at ease.
The Indy Flute Shop staff have always been courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of flutes. Being able to stop in and try the flutes on site is very helpful in making a decision and hearing the differences between the various brands available.
Great staff, great selection. A wide variety in choices of instruments. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. No pressure, no hurry, they take the time you need to help you find the right instrument for you. Katie helped me find my new Tomasi flute.
