Had an amazing experience today, called about some pedals and when I arrived was greeted with very friendly staff and a plethora of pedals to check out, then we went over the sound and was given a very thorough explanation of each one, after that the team member and I sat down and went through each one and went over…
I went yesterday afternoon, brought in my vintage Selmer saxophone Bundy II (1987-ish) to see what they thought of it. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two smiling individuals. The guy I spoke with (so sorry I didn't catch what his name was!) was clearly happy to be there, passionate about his work and music!
My husband was looking to get our oldest a new guitar and they found one of his dream finds! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The prices and selection were amazing. The smile on his face says it all! Devon was just great to work with.
First time in the store. We needed to grab some drumsticks for our 3y.o. grandson. Our visit was great! The service was outstanding. Staff is top-notch, product knowledge from them was valuable We'll definitely return! Thanks guys!
