First off, to say I am absolutely satisfied with the Palen experience would be a big understatement. This past weekend my wife and I made the 7 hour drive to come attend the David Grissom guitar clinic and to finally see the store in person. This event was amazing and so entertaining.
Palen is a wonderful place to shop and to take lessons. Everyone there is very helpful and courteous . Randy is very encouraging and creates a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the guitar lessons. Recently I decided to buy a hardcase for my guitar. Chase ordered a case for me that goes so well with my Belah Blu.
I had a great experience at the Springfield mo Palen music. All of the employees I talked to seemed extremely knowledgeable about gear in general. I went in looking for a new tube combo amp and Chase sat down with me and we tried about 6 different amps.
I first spoke with Josh on the phone and told him I wanted to learn how to play guitar but knew absolutely nothing about it. He invited me to stop by and he would be glad to help me!
