I went in to get a strap button for my Gretsch parlor guitar, not only did the owner have what I needed but he went out of his way to install it for me…and did it for a super cheap price. Great customer service and a good genuine human being.
Went in today looking for a few items. Got what I needed within 5 minutes but spent 30 minutes just talking to Chris. Very personable and easy to talk to. I’ve found that Some music shops around town have employees that talk above you or “nerd” out when explaining something.
Store owner took the time to show me how to restring my guitar. He tuned my guitar and explained that the strings would continue to need to be tightened. I appreciated his dedication. Thanks
Super friendly staff and great prices. Chris is the coolest guy and can definitely SHRED. Would recommend to anybody who loves to make music and needs a place to help make that happen!
