Frank installed a pickup in my mom's brand new Martin M-36. He was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He is an authorized Martin repair man but so much more. I thought going to his store (about 2 hours away from a referral from Nazareth music) that we had to do a lot of research etc. Not the case at all.
Easiest 5 stars of my life. Frank is awesome, no words can express the amount of gratitude I have. The man has been there for as long as I've been alive and been working with guitars for even longer, he definitely knows his stuff. I have a Martin that needs repairing and this place is the only place I'll ever go.
Frank, the owner is a master luthier, and talented musician. Friendliness begins the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Frank for any repairs needed. Oh and BTW I was astounded to test play one of his handmade guitars, they rival some of the best I've ever played. Definitely worth checking out.
