Big box store feel but family owned vibes. Their staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied with your guitar. Some of the sales staff felt a little pushy (understandably so, because they work on commission) but they are extremely knowledgable.
Our son Anthony has been having guitar lessons with Eric from Firehouse Guitars. He is really enjoying and learning so much from Eric. He's a great teacher. Anthony is always looking forward to guitar lessons each week and learns something new every time. It's awesome to hear his progress at home too!
Firehouse has been so kind and generous to me as a local and touring musician. They stepped in and got all three of my guitars back up to snuff quickly. They leveled my frets on my Martin acoustic (a repair that’s been long overdue), fixed the input jack on my tele and swapped out all of the electronics and pickups on…
Today was my first time in Firehouse and it was a great environment with friendly and helpful staff. Inventory is fantastic and well cared for, which is not something that can be said of all other shops, and the staff were knowledgeable about all of the instruments.
