Friendly folks that are passionate about what they do. I had them fix a gouge in my mandolin and dress my old frets while it was in. Great work and accurate estimate! They made sure I looked at everything and was happy with the work/setup before I left!
Absolutely cannot recommend them enough. I had an oil diffuser spill on the back of my custom shop Les Paul & melt the lacquer. While Gibson told me was going to have to be a complete refinish, they were able to repair it to look absolutely brand new.
My Telecaster needed some neck and fret work, it's always had a few issues and was getting worse. The North Coast team took the time to listen and understand the need, and had the guitar back to me in very reasonable time at a totally fair price. The results of the work are absolutely stellar.
