Incredibly helpful and kind staff! I'm an absolute beginner and had so many questions my first time in the shop. The staff was super patient and helped me choose the right instrument for my very, very casual needs. They had just purchased a used economy viola and suggested it as a beginner's option.
I've been to the shop three or four times now and there's always a line when we visit, but it moves quickly. The staff are knowledgeable and some are personable. They answered all of my questions and helped me to size a viola for my daughter (last year).
Very helpful, very knowledgeable. My daughter had a broken bow that was not feasible to fix. A little pricier than what I expected to pay, but good service. Not 5 stars only because it seemed a little chaotic busy.. maybe need a little more staff help. Thanks for getting us up and running again!
Had my bow rehaired, and the guy who repairs/rehaire the bows actually cleaned the metal winding by the frog and made it look brand new! Bow has its spring back and plays great. Bought a case here as well. Nice quality. Employees are kind and patient. Will answer ALL your questions!
