As a long time professional guitarist, I decided to take my badly abused and neglected Gibson Dove (1968) to Nathan Fisher on the recommendation of Tejon Street Guitars. Nathan and I discussed my guitar’s issues and what could be done to get it back to playability and a suitably pleasing appearance.
Amazing price and careful, unbelievable work. I took my old '70s Les Paul in to Nathan--the instrument was in very rough shape. I didn't think it would be able to be played again. He restored it to its former self and improved it in countless ways.
Nathan setup up my Taylor T5 and did a very nice, detailed job. It is even easier and more comfortable to play than before. He also did extensive work on my electric Schecter right down to removing and reworking the nut and addressed several misaligned frets. It plays just fine now.
Hey y’all, my honest review of Nathan Fischer and his skills. 10/5 stars. He really pays attention to all the little details and goes above and beyond. His luthier knowledge is incredible, and he’s an all around great guy. I brought him a Gibson R9 and a fender start that needed some adjustments, new strings and TLC.
