Amazing shop. Great selection of new and used instruments and accessories. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We bought a trumpet and French horn, both used but refurbished in to excellent condition. They also refurbed a trumpet we had bought elsewhere and completely revitalized it.
Poorly Repaired Trumpet Case The latch springs on the case were broken. Arranged to have their repair department replace the latch and lock assemblies. When I went to pickup the case the old latches had been drilled out and new latches were installed that were not even close to the same type that needed to be replaced.
If I could give Fleming Instrument Repair 10 stars, I absolutely would! I’ve purchased two incredible alto saxophones from them, and every experience has been top-tier. Their repair and maintenance work is phenomenal—no 4-week wait times or questionable fixes.
If you’re looking for a sign to drop by; this is it. The expertise and excellence here are worth every cent. Fleming’s is the best band instrument repair shop I’ve come across.
