From my first contact with Fox Music House to move my baby grand piano to the day of its delivery, I received what I consider to be the highest level of service and personal attention. Ashley, the individual, who arranged for the move was friendly and respectful of my time and need.

I was looking to buy Roland FP-E50 piano and I wanted to take a look at one before buying. However, I could not find one locally. I looked around and came across Fox Music store in Charleston, SC. They also did not have it in store, but Mark was able to order the piano for me to look at before purchasing.

I recently upgraded my piano at Fox Music House and was thoroughly impressed with their service and expertise. The staff, particularly Mark and Ramiro who spoke with me, demonstrated extensive knowledge about pianos and playing. They were instrumental in my decision to trade my used Yamaha P22 for a used Yamaha U1.

What a unique destination! I just spent a month in Charleston and went frequently to practice piano there when I was in town. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Mark did a great job of making me feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend a visit—and plan to spend time on a keyboard while you are there!
