Kirby did a GREAT job fixing a couple problems with my Collings Waterloo guitar – and at a reasonable price. A while back, before I discovered Kirby, I brought another guitar to a local guitar tech and found that to be a big mistake.
Kirby is an incredibly talented and detailed luthier. When the bridge started lifting off of my acoustic, Kirby got it sounding better than it ever has. Not only did he fix the problem, he explained exactly how it happened and gave me tips on how to keep my guitar in great shape.
Kirby Francis is the best in the area. He fixed a problematic floyd rose bridge on my guitar. He is super kind, professional and talented. Highly recommended.
Francis Guitar Repair and Kirby are simply the best! 3 years ago I bought ukulele that had a strange buzz when played. Kirby helped me diagnose the issue over the phone at no cost. So I had to go back and repay this kind gesture. Recently I brought my son's Telecaster in for a setup.
