These guys did a wonderful job with my new (to me) Martin. It had painfully high action and I got the guitar back playing smooth as butter. I also own what I believe is one of the first guitars Jacob ever made and I love that guitar to this day.
08/24: I visited Jacob with Taylor 614ce that had been buzzing/fretting out. I have always been impressed with Jacob’s knowledge, candor and professional attitude. He had great insight into my issue and quickly addressed it. Jacob could have taken the more expensive approach.
Jacob did an outstanding job setting up the action on my two nylon string classical guitars: a brand new Cordoba Master Series Hauser and a vintage 1989 Richard Howell Fleta model. Both are $5,000 guitars and I only wanted the best to work on them. The Howell in particular needed some extra TLC.
I went here just a few minutes ago to get some replacement strings for my guitar, the store is very welcoming and the owner is very kind. Definitely recommend this shop for repairs! (Only photo I took while I was there, sorry lol)
