This store is great. It's small, and it doesn't carry huge brands, but the selection on everything is solid, from new to used. The big reason to visit this store though is the phenomenal customer service. I had probably the greatest retail experience I've ever had here.
Great store! Great staff! Went in looking for a new guitar, which takes a while.... They were patient, conversational and all around good salesmen. They asked what I was looking for, had me try out several of my picks, and gave me advice to try others. I ended up going with an RS420 in maya gold.
Called midweek with a bunch of questions about tonewoods and baritone ukes (I’m turning one into a Venezuelan cuatro), and the crew at Frisco Music Center was on it. Super helpful, gave me solid advice, and made the whole buying process smooth as butter. Two days later.. boom, instrument at my door. This spot is a gem!
Great place. Bought my first guitar here. Walked in knowing next to nothing, but luckily one of the guys (I believe Eli) there walked me through the differences in the guitars and helped me pick one out based on my preferences.
