My experience with the store has been fantastic on more than one occasion. Recently I had broken E string on a new Taylor acoustic guitar. The manager ,Cory, overheard me speaking with someone at the counter He walked up and and restrung himself in a matter of minutes. He also tuned the guitar for me.
Renting a sax and the customer service has been nothing but amazing. It's been a year since Ive had it so I took it in for a cleaning and they not only cleaned it but did a whole maintenance on it. Tuned and repaired anything that needed to be repaired.
James was amazing and helped us find an instrument to rent!! The entire staff was great. They are extremely knowledgable about every instrument.
I like going this store in perfect location has friendly staff with reasonable prices.
