Terry set up a bass guitar for me. The neck relief and intonation were spot on but the action was a little low for my style. He told me to bring it back and made further adjustments, no charge. It's rare to find someone who stands by their work and takes the time to get it right for your tastes.
I had my Alvarez acoustic heavily upgraded and setup by Terry at Fritz guitars recently. He does great work, has fair prices, and stands firm on satisfaction guaranteed customer service. I would definitely recommend Fritz guitars.
