Top three places to visit in Bakersfield: 1. Front Porch Music. Say hi to Artie and just try to stump him with some abstract, local music trivia. If he doesn't know the answer, he sure will appreciate the history lesson as long as the person conveying the fact is the person who lived it!
Just got the best deal on sticks that I ever had, great sticks too. This store has a mass of drum parts and some museum level of bass pedals. A full great condition Camco set. a full room of guitars including Dobro's. Banjos, and old keyboards too. they likely have a B3, Etc.
Best music shop in Bakersfield, lacks mid priced instruments. Mostly budget priced guitars and expensive custom or boutique instruments. They sometimes have some decent priced used stuff. OK amp selection. Employees are very helpful. Willing to work out a deal too.
