Rented a violin from here for three years. The violin was of great quality. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
The staff here are so kind and quick to help. So many businesses tend to turn people away once they get to a certain level of busy, but they gladly accepted my baritone for repair even while it looked like an entire school districts worth of instruments sat in the store waiting for their own repair.
This was my first time going to Nick Rail Music and I had a great experience!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a free estimate on repairs/cleaning for my instruments within 24 hours of dropping them off. Then completed the repairs/cleaning within 24 hours.
