Based on the past reviews I think everyone will be happy to hear they are finally under new management it seems. The employees seem happier and the store is a lot more organized.
As one of the few locations left for FYE, and none around me as I live in New Hope, PA( and traveling to Camp Hill, PA isn't going to happen) Coming here always brings nostalgia to me whenever i can get here.
New workers are amazing, the membership was explained fully to me by the young lady who checked me out. The old manager seems to have left a bad impression on this location but I have hope they will fix it!
The manager Sarah is always super helpful when my wife and I come in. We’ve followed her from all the FYES she’s worked at and will continue to. My wife is very into KPOP and I am into niche horror dvds. She always has great suggestions for us when we come in that are right up our alley.
