I took my Ibanez PIA 3761 to Gabriel’s Guitars for a wiring repair and they did an amazing job! The people here are absolutely awesome and true professionals. The full-setup was flawless and my guitar now plays and sounds better than ever! Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer service were top-notch.
This was the first guitar I had brought into their shop. They did a great job leveling my frets, setting intonation and fine tuning everything on my guitar. The guitar now plays the way I had intended when I built it. Everyone at Gabriel's was friendly and a lot of fun to hang out with.
Went in for a simple question on my guitar and rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need they said what I have works fine. Then looking around the display of guitars I found one that I had been wanting for a long time. I ended up buying it.

First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
