We absolutely LOVE Gailes! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and friendly. We took our five year old for her first violin and had a fantastic experience.
Well worth the drive from Catonsville! I brought in my great-grandmother's violin for repair, and Alex assisted me on both my visits (drop-off and pick-up). She and the other staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We took our son’s cello to Gailes because he accidentally drop a flashlight inside. It also needed new strings so after spending sometime trying to fish the flashlight out unsuccessfully we thought it would be best to seek professional help. They were so nice and accommodating as they worked on it right away.
Love this Violin shop---We have had many instruments serviced and repaired over the years at Gaile's and have been extremely pleased with their work. They take the time to explain what is being done and why--a big plus in my book. Wonderful staff!!! Best of both worlds...highly professional, and very personable.
