From the reviews
When it first opened, my youngest son started lessons. We bought the instrument and everything needed there at the store. The management was great- I can’t remember the lady’s name (reddish hair) but she was always friendly and helpful. He had an amazing amazing teacher.
The staff is very helpful and patient. They always let my students try different products to find the best fit for them. Great customer service.
I have been a classical guitar lesson student for more that a year now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The quality of the instruction, the convenient and flexible scheduling, and the great location are only surpassed by the friendliness, respectfulness, and courteousness of the manager and staff.
Amanda was very helpful in selecting an appropriate piano book for me, based on my skill leave and selecting the correct key stand. She also gave me a tour of the different lesson rooms. Very informative but not pushy at all. She also told me that they price match the same item if found online for cheaper.
Lessons at Music & Arts
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Music & Arts. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
