I assume it was Gary that helped me, and I’m bummed I didn’t ask his name. But what an amazing store! I bought my first amp for busking, which was my reason for going in. While I was there I played a bunch of guitars and learned SO much as a newbie (3 hours, sorry Maybe Gary 😅). Anyway, thank you for everything!
Brought my Stratocaster in for a setup, staff was exceptional then, and during all of my prior visits during which one of them saw me carrying an amplifier and got the door for me unprompted as I was approaching from outside. Incredible people and phenomenal craftsmen. The setup is beautiful.
Stopped into Gary's Guitars just browsing and noticed their seriously impressive workbench setup. Took a chance and brought in a guitar that needed a proper setup — and they absolutely crushed it. Fast turnaround, great communication, and they did exactly what I asked for. The guitar plays better than ever.
