Several years ago, a prominent luthier--who will not be named in this review--built a custom archtop for me. The guitar is exquisite, but to improve playability it needed some tweeks to the nut and bridge.When I requested that the builder make these adjustments, he said, "I've got a year's worth of orders.
THE BEST! I can't say enough good about The Glaser Guitar Team, the entire staff is over the top! Nick recently worked me in while I was in Nashville for only a few days to do a refret on my 54 Blackgaurd and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything is spot on thanks to all the staff luthiers and Plek machine.
I bought a Martin 000-28 from a well-known Martin dealer in Nashville. When I got home, I noticed there was salt & pepper overspray in the lacquer on the sides of the guitar. Not what you want to see in a guitar of that price point. I took the guitar back to where I bought it, but they weren't helpful at all.
