Alright, so I've read some of the reviews listed below, a lot of it has to do with shipping. I'm going to give my thoughts about it because it seems like a very universal thing in the reviews. I ordered my guitar which I got one of Sawtooth's heritage guitars back in November 12.
I bought a guitar from here during a Black Friday sale. Shipping was slow, but I was not surprised. A popular guitar Youtuber had just highlighted their sale, and they got swamped. They sent me a message telling me shipping would be slow due to volume and that they due a setup on guitars before shipping.
This experience was so unbelievable that my closest friends had to ask if it was real. I told them I didn't believe it either, but I have to now as I'm looking right at it. Hands down the best experience I've had with any merchant online or otherwise.
Amazing guitars!! Ordered 2 guitars during the Christmas special, a Vudu and a Hybrid tele style. Both are absolutely great quality, gorgeous guitars, at any price point, and truly amazing at such an affordable price, even if not on special price.
