“she was extremely knowledgeable in everything she talked about, made you feel welcomed, and you could tell she enjoyed her job.”
From the reviews
Had a great experience at Gold Guns and Guitar Pawn Shop. The shop was well-organized and had a great selection, but what really stood out was the customer service. James was super helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and smooth. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
Following a recent day at the range, my wife and I decided to visit Gold, Guitars, and Guns to look for a new personal defense weapon that was easier for her to manipulate. We were greeted by Madison who asked if we needed any help. We took her up on her offer asking to see a number of different options for comparison.
I had a great experience at Gold, Guns and Guitars! James was really helpful when I was looking at the jewelry. He had extensive knowledge of the merchandise and provided excellent customer service!
I’ve never had a bad experience in GGG. James has helped me out during the couple times I’ve been in there. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he helped me get the best deal possible. Can’t recommend this store enough, and when you go, ask for James
Selling or trading gear at Gold Guns and Guitars
Gold Guns and Guitars comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
