Great service, friendly staff! My 'go to' for gear and repair. I brought them a bass that I acquired that needed a lot of work, and even though it took several weeks due to backorder issues with hard to find parts, they did the work as fast as possible once the parts came in.
It was greatly appreciated that the employees at the shop made my decision easy and very relaxed when I was looking at the purchase of My Cordoba Stage Edge Burst after going for two weeks and playing a few different models before a final decision was made for Myself on my only new purchase of a Guitar in 50 + years.
It's more than drumsticks and guitar strings. My Grandson and I have shopped with Gottchalks Music for years. The people there are willing to help you, teach you, or anything else music related. I hope they never close. Alex,you and your team are an asset to the musicians in this community.
