I ordered a Limited Edition Fender from Ingram's online.Carlos was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.He called me before setting up my guitar to ask my preference in strings. The guitar arrived set up perfect but had a cracked toggle knob. I called and Carlos took care of it,sending me another.
I had to replace the corking on my granddaughter's clarinet. I had gone to another music store in town which told me to either source it out or drive to Clovis to their repairman. When I walked out I saw Ingram's music across the street and was pleasantly greeted and given all details that I needed.
I was pleased of the service l received that l bought 3 items more for my guitar, needing a guitar strap next which they had many to choose from which means I will buy my strap from Ingram's music, Oh! Bought my first harmonica from this store 4 yrs ago. Yes,l recommend this music STORE TO EVERY WHO CAN MAKE MUSIC.
Small store, not a huge selection when it comes to instruments other than guitars, but a wonderful experience when it comes to customer service! And whatever they don't have in-store, they'll gladly order it for you. They even offer music lessons on various instruments. I got this pearl export kit there
