Gary has worked on our family’s guitars for almost 7 years now and we wouldn’t have anyone else touch them. The strap broke on my son’s LTD KH-202 during a rehearsal, resulting in *significant* body damage and damage to the bridge and input jack - Gary rebuilt the bridge and input jack and basically custom refinished…
I met Gary at Sam Ash when I was buying a new bass after being inactive as a player for decades. He actually acted as my technical sounding block and guide as I waded through a ton of bass choices. He gave me his valuable shop time as a guitar tech to guide that helped me make right the right choice.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Gary for always being on time, putting up with my hectic schedule and being a professional. I am very satisfied with the services and the on time quick turnarounds that he has done for me.
I’ve used many luthiers in the RDU area and Gary is by far the best across the board! He has incredibly quick turnarounds and great rates! I’ve had him do everything from basic setups to fretwork and intense repair on vintage guitars and every experience has been awesome.
