Placed an order to be shipped next day; my floyd rose showed up next day! Order was ready to ship by 9am and got it at 12pm. What a great group. I am happy with the speedy service. Great staff greetings. Unfortunately, no tours available, no sales store available, couldn't get past the front desk but allowed to get some pics for this review.
