I was happy that the staff member found an affordable kick pedal for my 4 year old son's drum set. However, when we got it home we found it seems to be missing an important part or parts. Any other kick pedal I have seen has a rubber footing on it that prevents slippage and damage to floors.
I stopped by Palen on a whim while trying to find a gift for my musical brother. I had no idea what to look for or where to even start. As I reluctantly entered, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who was ready to help me right away. I told her I had no idea what to get, and she was full of great suggestions!
What a great experience I had with Palen Music Center. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I purchased an Epiphone Les Paul 50s Standard Gold top, and couldn't be happier with it!!
