I went in a few weeks ago to see if anything spoke to me on the guitar side. I found a beautiful reissue jaguar and while I was playing it I looked up and saw this spectacular double-bound strat and knew immediately I had to have it. I met Keith , one of the associates, at that point and asked if I could play it.
I recently stopped by the Natick GC to have the strings replaced on my son’s acoustic guitar. After talking with Justin, he offered a full service that included not just a restring, but a complete overhaul and tuning.
Amazing place, I found a lot of musicians equipments I need for buy, the guy Marcos very attention, educated, answer me all my questions and help a lot. Have guitar acoustic, piano eletric, cables, tables, cases and more… and a lot of type and some brand’s. Have a big park lot for take care your customers.
Went in and found the guitar I was looking for and played it and a few others. It was a great experience. It was later and kind of quiet. I had nobody bother me and I just had my opinions on multiple guitars I've seen that I wanted to try. Even played a V for a bit before I left. It was awesome.

First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
