John is a talented guitar doctor. He probably loves your stringed instrument more than you, so start loving your instrument more. He replaced the neck on my Frankenstrat and it plays better than it ever has. he was constantly in contact with me to let me know what was going on.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with John at Guitar ER on several occasions. Many times for simple tune ups and restringing my bass while he had it, and other times to help me figure out what I did wrong on my rig. John explained things in layman’s terms instead of “techno talk” which I appreciated.
I brought my Stratocaster into Guitar E.R. after it had been collecting dust for several years. The strings were worn out and neck had some damage as well. Guitar E.R. put some new strings on and tuned it to perfection while fixing the neck and making it sparkle again! I would use Guitar E.R.
Guitar ER is the absolute BEST! I have known John over 30 years and since then he has helped me with several of my guitars! He is professional, courteous, and a perfectionist knowing all about guitars and basses.. Don't hesitate to take your equipment to John! He is the BEST!!!
