“*UPDATE: On my drive home from the Guitar Hospital with the ukulele seated next to me, the acoustic song “You Are My Sunshine” played on the radio.”
“He’s worked on several of my guitars-Taylor’s, strats, etc and does an extremely thorough job, no matter what the diagnosis—and always at a fair price.”
“Upon 1st look, Michel at the Guitar Hospital told me that it was as an extremely rare instrument - an original The Gibson from the early 1920s before Gibson dropped the “The.”
“This is the song my dad used to play on his guitar while I sang.”
“As someone who has been around the state and worked with nearly every guitar tech in South Florida, I can confidently say this place is incredible.”
“I just brought my ukulele to Michel because the metal fret edges were all rough.”

What players say again and again
“I brought my guitar in for a pricey procedure-fret redress and to get a setup, and what I received back was nothing short of a miracle.”

“Also, the job cost considerably less than I anticipated and Michel was personable and we chatted about music and instruments and he walked me through his process.”
From the reviews
I have been playing since I was 8 (44 now). Over the years I've built quite a collection. Playing all over So FL in 90's to doing a lot of studio work now. With that being said, I've had my guitars looked at by numerous repair shops from retail stores to mom and pop shops. Experiences have been both good and bad.
Mike is truly talented and knows what is up. I have been bringing him my entire inventory for service and repair and my guitars have never played or sounded better. The quality of work, Mike's recommendations and alternatives when budget have come into play are spot on.
When my dad died, I inherited my grandfather’s Ukulele. The story was, Pépé had it since the 1920s and even took it with him when he served in WW2. The ukulele traveled the world with him, and by the looks of it, it saw A LOT! In January, I decided to take it to the Guitar Hospital to see if it could be restored.
I can't say enough good things about The Guitar Hospital in Delray Beach, FL! As someone who has been around the state and worked with nearly every guitar tech in South Florida, I can confidently say this place is incredible. It's not about ranking techs; it's about the results.
