The people at GPF go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Their product knowledge of their incredibly huge selection is beyond any other store or supplier I have ever interacted with.
Excellent source of authentic Fender parts. Turnaround from time of purchase to delivery was reasonable. I think a lot of the criticism that others have about this company is an unfair expectation of an Amazon level of customer service from a family-owned business.
I ordered 6 parts from the Guitar Parts Factory online store. Out of the 6 parts I ordered I recieved five and one I did not ordered. I ordered a lapsteel guitar pickup and received a bridge cover. I tried calling several times but there was no answer. The online invoice has a message at the bottom.
Went there yesterday for a bunch of parts for my current build. They were more than helpful and super chill and friendly. Took their time to find everything and make sure what was selected met my needs exactly. If you are looking for parts, guitars, basses and accessories...this joint is a must go.
