I had an issue with a new Ernie Ball guitar I bought, it wasn’t for me and how I play, and it was the seventh day when I popped into the shop. They allowed me to return it, and guided me as I picked a new guitar that suited my needs much better. I cannot understate how kind and professional they are here.
