I can’t say enough good things about Guitar Rehab in Stevens Point, WI. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this is a one-man operation built on real passion and craftsmanship. We brought in my Fender Ultra Telecaster for a restring, full setup, and general maintenance.
Taking my guitar to Guitar Rehab was the best decision I ever made. Scott is very knowledgeable kind caring,smart ,and I can tell he is a very creative and unique guy. He taught me things and made me aware of things on my guitar and things I dint know about my guitar.
Years ago, I broke a string on my Edge tremolo equipped Ibanez. Having no idea what I was doing, I immediately took off all the strings. Many hours of Youtube videos and aimless adjustments later, the guitar was never the same. In the case it went, with a half hearted promise to bring it in … somewhere.
Scott is literally an amazing luthier to work with. Kind, honest and hard working! He did a fantastic job working on a humidity issue I had with my Taylor 614, while also giving it a much needed setup for great action and playability.
