The only thing cooler than the guitars, is the customer service. Excellent repair tech made my old beat-up Martin sound new. The bay’s best kept guitar secret.
I recently bought a guitar (no case) and he had it delivered safely from.America to Australia. Upon first playing I encountered a broken hardware part. (An oversight not realised prior to sale.) Al at GuitarFinds was really forthcoming and immediately pledged to pay for the cost of the replacement part - which.
Al is awesome!!! I had a guitar with a broken string, so I texted Al to see if he could help fix it. He responded super fast and invited me down to the store same day. He restrung the guitar and tuned it up for me. It sounds so good!
