I was browsing the inventory of Ibanez guitars at the Decatur location, and Eric, who was working there at the time, told me I could go on Ibanez’s website and pick anything I wanted and he’d order it for me for a great price. Which he did.
They went above and beyond to find the perfect guitar we needed. Best retail customer service experience I've had in a long time. You can tell they have a love for music and what they do. Highly recommend!
